The b2match platform is used for networking and arranging appointments between trade visitors and exhibitors. Trade visitors can filter offers and services of the exhibitors and send meeting requests. Get in touch quickly and easily and manage your personal Agenda.
The best part: the b2match platform is available one month after VieVinum.

How does a partnering event work?

1. Registration

To register to the platform, click on the "Register Now" button in the upper right corner.

2. Set up a profile

Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be visible even after the event.
EXHIBITORS can be very specific about their OFFER whereas BUYERS should use the field REQUEST to specify what you are looking for.

3. Request meetings | 5 – 18 May 2022

Be active, not reactive. Browse published EXHIBITORS, using the filter options (organisation type, business field etc.) and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event.
Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.

4. Build connections | 21 - 23 May 2022

About 1-2 days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app. 

This platform will be available after VieVinum until June 23, 2022 to make appointment.
