The VieVinum Future Academy highlights trending topics and developments in the international wine and sparkling wine industry.
Current topics will be addressed, analyzed and discussed with experts, producers and consumers along the entire value chain. The aim is to find practical solutions for dealing with these trends in everyday life, from the perspective of winemakers, retailers and restaurateurs.

It was the most diverse gathering of producers and market participants to date on the new trend topic of LOW&ZERO. The first edition of the VieVinum Future Academy on February 17, 2025 offered a holistic view of the major trend topic of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, including extensive tasting opportunities, and ensured a full house in the Apothecary Wing of Schönbrunn Palace.
