Future Academy

From 2025, the VieVinum Future Academy will highlight trending topics and developments in the international wine and sparkling wine industry. Current topics will be addressed, analyzed and discussed with experts, producers and consumers along the entire value chain. The aim is to find practical solutions for dealing with these trends in everyday life, from the perspective of winemakers, retailers and restaurateurs.

The event will kick off in February 2025 with the trend topic of low-alcohol and alcohol-free wine alternatives. In addition to a classic table tasting, experts will share their knowledge about LOW&ZERO in the form of information events such as expert talks, specialist lectures, panel discussions and masterclasses.

The trend towards alcohol-free wines and alternative drinks based on tea or kombucha is characterising the wine industry worldwide. New suppliers and products are constantly coming onto the market.
The VieVinum Future Academy, which is being held for the first time, is dedicated to this topic on 17 February 2025.
