Your VieVinum 2026 participation

Offer for the participation per presentation table: € 2.285,00 (excl. VAT).

Please indicate the number of tables you would like. Furthermore, it is also possible to book additional optional services.

The price for a table includes:

  • 10 invitations for a visit to VieVinum (value: € 75.00 each)
  • Tablecloths
  • Römerquelle mineral water
  • Anker bread, bread basket
  • 5 cooling collars (will pass into your ownership after the fair)
  • 1 spittoon (will pass into your ownership after the fair)
  • Cooling facility (for every table half of a cooling facility - freezer or fridge - is provided)
  • Table identification sign
  • 2 exhibitor passes / table
  • referenced in the online list of exhibitors
  • Table service
  • Diff. tasks (Marketing, Social Media...)
  • Wi-Fi

    The offer or registration is considered accepted and binding when the deposit of [total_deposit] (incl. 20% VAT) is paid within seven (7) days to the account of M.A.C. Hoffmann & Co. GmbH (IBAN: AT58 3200 0000 0703 5322, BIC: RLNWATWW).

    As soon as we have received the deposit, your participation is fixed.

    Please be advised that a binding agreement is only concluded upon receipt of the specified remittance, and only according to the terms and conditions in this trade fair. Your mere written acceptance of this offer is not sufficient. If the specified payment is not received on time, no further reservation of the desired number of tables will be held.
